Java 的线程是不允许启动两次的，第二次调用必然会抛出 IllegalThreadStateException，这是一种运行时异常，多次调用 start 被认为是编程错误。

通过线程的状态图，在第二次调用 start() 方法的时候，线程可能处于终止或者其他（非 NEW）状态，但是不论如何，都是不可以再次启动的。

线程的生命周期只允许线程从创建到执行，然后结束。如果需要再次执行线程的任务，需要重新创建一个新的线程对象并启动它。

之所以会抛出异常，是因为在start()函数里，一开始会检查线程状态，如果线程状态不为0，会抛出该异常。线程的状态初始值为0，当第一次进入start（）方法后，会修改线程状态，使其不为0，第二次进入start()函数，那么肯定就抛出异常了
